Did you know that many computer problems can be solved without coming to your place of business or bringing your computer to us? We can fix most problems by conducting a remote session with your computer while you watch us perform the repair! This is available at a lower cost than an on-site repair. If we can't fix it remotely, the cost of your remote session will be deducted from your on-site repair.

Four-Point performs all service on a "best effort" basis and makes no warranty with regard to outcome. Remote session fees are non-refundable. Remote sessions are limited to a maximum of 45 minutes. If it is determined by Four-Point that the problem cannot be fixed through remote session, the customer will have the option for an on-site visit. If an on-site visit is elected, Four-Point will issue a credit in the amount of the remote session on the on-site visit invoice.
